Scottish National Championships to be held at Callendar Park, Falkirk on Sat 23nd February. You need to pre-enter to run, also be a club member, and a member of Scottish Athletics to take part. Contact racentries@lothianrunningclub.co.uk or post on the facebook group before the closing date if you wish to run.

The event is open to anyone born before 1st September 2007. (no U11s)
Changing and parking will again be at the Graeme High School on the north side of A803, just East of Falkirk town centre. The the start and finish are 500m away in Callendar Park in front of Callendar House. Take care crossing the main road.
The course is Mixed terrain, quite hilly and suitable for spikes. The big change from previous years is that the Senior Men and Women will both now run 10Km. In the past the distances have been 12Km and 8Km respectively.
Competitors must wear chips attached to their shoe-lace (They must supply their own salt and vinegar.) They must wear numbers in front only. (Except under 17 women & under 19 women who have numbers front and back.)
- Please share transport where possible and arrive at least an hour before your race, in order to prepare and reccy.
- Club tent will be erected on the west (right) side of the run-in just before the finish. Collect your number from the tent.
Team Managers
If you can volunteer to assit with team mangement on the day please contact raceentries@lothianrunningclub.co.uk. This might include: arriving early to set up the tent, athelte registrationa dn districbution of numbers, collections of match fees on the day, assiting athletes on the day (e.g. collecting warm clothes from teh start line)
