Club duo Paul and Shona Young both recorded PB’s at Sunday’s [April 3rd] Buchlyvie 10k.
Paul finished 38th overall and 12th MV40 in a time of 46 minutes 09 seconds with Shona coming home in 49 minutes 52 seconds which placed her 64th and 12th female.
