Shona Young was the club’s only representative in the Clydestride 40 miles race finishing 19th overall and 3rd female in a time of 6 hours 11 minutes 16 seconds.
The Lothian club’s Max McNeil contested two 1500 metres races at the British Miler Club’s meetings at Stretford and Glasgow last week. At Stretford he recorded a time of 4 minutes 01.88 seconds then three days later improved on that to 4m 00.50s in Glasgow.
