Marathon PB For Owen

Running in the Greater Manchester Marathon the club’s Owen Williams broke through the 3 hours barrier for the first time with his time of 2 hours 53 minutes 49 seconds easily bettering his previous best of 3:02.17 set in last years Hull Marathon.

Relay gold for Max

Competing for his English club Salford Harriers, Lothian club member Max McNeil picked up a gold medal at the Northern Men’s 12 stage Road Relay Championships in Sunderland. Max led home the runners in the 2,2 miles 8th leg in 10.26 minutes. 50 teams took part.
