Fabulous achievement by John Malcolm on completing The North Face Ultra -Trail du Mont-Blanc. Thunderstorms and snow delayed the start time of the the 169.9km mountain ultra marathon and also accounted for a high percentage of non-finishers. John finished the race in a time of 44hrs 33mins.
