A handful of Lothian Running Club members were in action in Sunday’s [4th March] Lasswade 10 mile Race.

The first three club runners to finish counted towards the team contest with Lothian RC in 9th position.

Arbroath Footers staged their annual Ladies only 10 mile road race on Sunday.
The only Lothian club member taking part was Shona Young who finished well up in 31st place of the 333 finishers.
Shona also placed 4th in the S/Vet category crossing the finish line in 76 minutes exactly.

Max McNeil was the club’s only representative at the Scottish Under-18/Under-20 Indoor Championships at the Kelvin Hall at the weekend.
Running in the Under-20 1500 metres Max finished in 4th place in a time of 4 minutes 20.44 seconds.

Half a dozen Lothian Running Club members contested this weeks Edinburgh Parkrun, with three of them, Suzie Hannah, Gerry and Cara McCafferty making their race debuts.
