LANA & SARAH IN THE PRIZES AT CORSTORPHINE
CORSTORPHINE AAC 5 MILE ROAD RACE. Lothian Running Club duo Sarah Inglis and Lana Turnbull both came home with prizes from the Corstorphine AAC Road Race on Wednesday evening [June 6th]. Sarah just failed to make it three wins in a row following her successes in the Livingston 5k and Haddington 10k....
HADDINGTON WIN FOR SARAH
Sarah Inglis followed up her recent Livingston 5k win with victory in the Haddington 10k Road Race on Saturday.
Sarah who was the club’s only runner in the race headed a field of 44 females to win in 36 minutes 38 seconds.
This also placed her 13th overall of the 124 finishers.
UPHILL WIN FOR CHLOE
Lothian RC’s Chloe Cox was the female winner at Saturday’s Glas Tulachean Uphill Race near Spittal of Glenshee.
Chloe covered the 7.2km course with a climb of 670 metres in an impressive 43 minutes 45 seconds.
It not only placed her 1st female but an excellent 5th overall of the 41 finishers.
