Good turn-out at windy Alloa

Lothian Running Club  were well represented in the 32nd Alloa Half Marathon on Sunday with 14 runners in action, conditions for the race were very windy but that didn’t deter a handful of the LRC members recording PB’s. Malcolm Lang was the first home for the club in 46th closely followed over the finish line by Euan McInnes in 53rd place with both setting new figures for the distance. Alan Moffat, Finlay Slane and Brian Morris also set PB’s. Suzie Hannah was the club’s only female representative in the race finishing 339th overall and 14th in the senior women category.
A huge field of just over 1500 completed the course.
