Road Relays 2014 – Livingston 30th March

SCOTTISH NATIONAL ROAD RELAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
MEN’S SIX STAGE and WOMEN’S FOUR STAGE
will be held in LIVINGSTON St Margaret’s Academy
on SUNDAY – 30th MARCH 2014 12:00 Noon

Team categories are Men and vets (40+)- teams of six, Women and vets (40+) – teams of four. There are also 50+ teams for women – teams of 3 and 50+ men – teams of 4.

All runners must be pre entered and members of Scottish Athletics. If you have not already signed up and want to run please e-mail kenmearns@aol.co.uk or send kenny a text on 07951 062053 – sign up sheets are also at our training sessions or let Max or Lana the gents and ladies captains know. Closing date for entries is next Saturday 15th March.

If you are unable to run but are free then there will be a need for marshall on the course. An ideal opportunity to support the blue vests.
