Cross Country Update

The next East District League Meeting takes place next Saturday 23rd November in Alloa.  Full details of the race times and directions are on the Scottish Athletics website.  There is no need to pre-register to take part – just turn up at the club tent (look out for the club banner) to register around half an hour before your race and pay your £2 fee (£1 for under 11’s).

Entries are open for the East District Cross Country Championships which are being held in Camperdown Park, Dundee on Saturday 7th December. Details are on the attached link .http://www.scottishathletics.org.uk/calendar/events/16694-16046-scottish-athletics-east-district-cc-championships.  If you want to run please e-mail me with you name, scottish athletics number and date of birth to kenmearns@aol.co.uk and I will include you in the club entries.  There will also be a sign-up sheet at the club’s AGM on Wednesday 20th November. Entries close on Friday 22nd November.
