GREAT MANCHESTER RUN

Stephen Malcolm was among the masses who took part in the the Great Manchester Run on Sunday morning. .
He covered the 10k course in 41 minutes 19 seconds which placed him 583rd, five seconds outside his time of 12 months ago of 41m 14s which was a then PB.
Steven has since lowered his PB for the 10k distance with a time of 40m 36s set in a race at Dunbar last month.
