GOOD DAY FOR CLUB TRIO AT HELENSBURGH GAMES

A visit to the Helensburgh & Lomond Highland Games on Sasturday 12th June proved to be a successful one for the trio of club athletes who made the trip. Darren Thomson claimed victory in the 90 metres and also placed 3rd place in both the scratch 90 metres and 200 metres handicap. Robert Inglis also had a good day winning the 800 metres handicap and finishing runner-up in the 1600 metres handicap. Mhairi Inglis also got among the prizes with a 3rd place in the Hill Race, The Games circuit moves on to Newburgh in Fife this Saturday.
