PB’s at Falkirk Parkrun.

There must have been something in the air at Callendar Park on Saturday as 62 of the 149 runners in the weekly Falkirk Parkrun recorded PB’s.
That included three of the four Lothian Running Club members who were in action.
First club finisher was Paul Young who bettered his previous best time by 15 seconds in finishing in 17th place in 20 minutes 19 seconds.
Lana Turnbull improved her PB by 6 seconds to 21 minutes exactly, this placed Lana 25th overall 3rd female and 1st in the female 15-19 category.
Shona Greig also set new figures in finishing in 62nd place overall and 11th female, Shona shaved 18 seconds off her previous best to record 24.38.
The only club runner to miss out on lowering his time was Mike Turnbull whose 35.06 placed him 142nd.
