Master XC – 4th Feb 2012

This years Master’s Cross Country will be held on the 4th of February, at St Joseph’s Academy, Grassyards Road.

Closing date for entries is the 21st of January. Please try and let us know if you wish to run by Wed 18th at the latest. Sign up sheets will be available at training sessions.

The race is open to any competitors aged 40+ on the day of the race.  With Age group categories for every five years e.g. M40, M45 etc.  Team classifications are available for the first 4 men in groups M40-M60, and first 3 men M50-M60 (you cant count for both teams).  Women’s teams consist of the first 3 women.

All competitors must be active Scottish Athletics members.
