National road relays

National Road Relays – 24th March in Livingston.

We are now preparing our entry list for the national road relays

Open to U20 – Masters age groups

Please indicate your availability to run and age category to help with team selection. (U20, V40, V50 )

6 counters for mens teams

4 counters for womens teams

Teams will be selected based on current form, preference would be for athletes to have completed a livingston parkrun this year to aid the selection process.

The relay consists of alternating legs of aproximatley 5km or 10km. It would be great to see as many teams out as possible especially on home territory.
