Shona & Paul among the prizes in Fife

The Lothian club’s Paul and Shona Young both picked up prizes in Fife at the weekend.

Competing in the first race of three in the Balbirnie Park Trailbuster’s Series in Markinch, Paul finished in third place overall with Shona the winner of the women’s category. Paul completed the 5 miles approx course in 29m 21 crossing the line behind race winner Chris Russell, Leven Las Vegas and Mike Murdoch, Falkland Trail Runners. Shona finished in 32 minutes exactly which also placed her 7th overall. The next race in the series is on Sunday August 5th, again at Balbirnie Park.
