Shona & Alan have a Highland Fling

The Lothian club’s Shona Young and Alan Robertson once again contested the gruelling Hoka Highland Fling Ultra Race. The Hoka Highland Fling is a 53 mile trail race which sees the route follow the West Highland Way through the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Shona was the first of the duo home crossing the finish line at Tynedrum in 10 hours 28 minutes 43 seconds which placed her 153rd overall and 28th female of the 625 finishers. Alan placed 310th overall and 5th over-60 in 11 hours 51 minutes 07 seconds.
