Entry is on the day, just make yourself known at the club tent in plenty of time for your race.  If possible, its appreciated but not required if you can let the team managers know ahead of time that you will be running.

This event is open to all club members aged 9 (born before 1/09/2007) and upwards. The first race for under 11 girls starts at 12 noon with the final race for men starting at 2.15pm. Details of the event are attached. The club tent and banner will be at the start/finish area from around 11.00am where you can check-in, collect your number and pay your entry fee, which is £3 and £2 for under 11’s. It is recommended that you arrive in good time to do a recce of the course and warm up before your race. See you on Saturday.
