Grangemouth OGM 3rd December 2014

On Wednesday evening 9 of our Junior sprint team took part in the first of the Winter Indoor meetings for 2014/15. After taking to the ex-Commonwealth Games track for a warmup and a team talk it was time for action on the 60 mtr track..

The Juniors achieved new PB’s as well as meeting their PB’s from last year. Each of the runners participated in individual races –
