Good Turn Out on a Dreich Night

On a dreich and damp night Lothian Running Club had an excellent turn out of 10 runners in the Corstorphine AAC 5 Mile Road Race.

There were 94 runners in the Men’s category and 34 in the Women’s ,  Colin Partridge was the first club finisher in 9th place in 28m.08s he was closely followed in 12th by Malcolm Lang [28.17s], both club runners recorded new PB’s as did  Sarah Inglis who was 16th overall and 2nd in the female category in 28m 35s only 6 secs behind winner Nicola Duncan, Portobello RC, the club’s only other female representative was Mhairi Inglis who crossed the finish line 65th overall and 9th female.
