CARDIFF UNIVERSITY HALF MARATHON
Down in Wales, Mick Kennish-Ward was a category winner in the Cardiff University Half Marathon. Mick completed the 13.1k course in 1 hour 25 minutes 30 seconds to place 305th male overall and first in the M55 category.
BAXTERS RIVER NESS 10K
There was PB’s for both Ryan Kirkland and Alan Cunningham in Sunday’s Baxter’s River Ness 10k.
Ryan finished 28th in 35 minutes 30 seconds which was a mere 3 seconds quicker than his previous best set in last month’s Stirling 10k. Alan’s best figures was also set in the Stirling race at 37.25 he bettered that by 22 seconds to finish in 46th place in 37.08.
