Another 10k top 10 finish for Alan

For the second successive week Lothian Running Club’s Alan Knowles had a top ten finish in a 10k event.

Following on from his 7th place finish and PB run in the Glenrothes 10k the previous week Alan came home in 6th place in the Loch Lomond 10k at Moss O’ Balloch on Saturday.

He was just outside his PB time on this occasion crossing the finish line in 35 minutes 47 seconds which placed him 3rd in the M40 category.

The race winner was Callum Reid, Edinburgh AC in 32m 50s.
