Category podium place for Mike in Whitstable 10k

Club veteran Mike Lieberman had a fine run in the Whitstable 10k race on Bank Holiday Monday. A total of 650 runners took part in the race and Mike an over-65 vet excelled to finish in 79th place overall in 44 minutes 52 seconds. He was also on the podium in his age category with a 3rd place finish among the 25 over-60’s in the race. On the Saturday prior to the 10k Mike ran the 5k Whitstable parkrun finishing 30th of 401 runners and 2nd in the 65-69 years category in 23.05.
