Yvonne part of British V50 Relay record breakers.

LRC’s Yvonne Crilley[56] was one of four Scots age-group athletes who set a British record at V50 last weekend.
Along with Clare Barr (50) from Motherwell AC, Fiona Matheson (56) from Falkirk Vics and Julie Wilson (50) from Inverness Harriers they set a British best for the 50+ Women’s 4x800m relay at Grangemouth Stadium.

The Scottish quartet’s time of 10 minutes 33 seconds for the 3.2km distance was just nine seconds outside the world record for the 4x800m, set by a US team at Wake Forest University in North Carolina in 2014.
