Max runs ‘A’ qualifying standard 5000m

Oklahoma University men’s indoor track and field runner Max McNeil hit the ‘A’ qualifying standard in the 5000 metres race on Friday in the Pittsburg State Indoor Gorilla Classic meeting.

McNeil, a sophomore from Uphall Station and Lothian Running Club member finished the race in 14m 46.2s just outside his PB of 14:42.5.
