Awards night for Hannah.

Hannah Steel picked up a clutch of awards at the Scottish Highland Games  Association annual awards dinner in the Gilvenbank Hotel on Saturday evening. Hannah received trophies for 3rd place finishes in both the SHGA and Fife HGA leagues for Youth athletes in events over-400 metres.

Success in the leagues also contributed to Hannah receiving the associations award for Female Youth Athlete of the Year. The association was also celebrating it’s 70th anniversary in 2017 and all award winners were presented with a commemoratve medal to mark the occasion.

Hannah being presented with one one of her awards from Scottish Lib-Dem leader Willie Rennie who was guest speaker for the evening. Willie also competes at some of the highland games.
