55th Tom Scott 10 mile race

In the 55th Tom Scott Memorial 10 mile race at Strathclyde Park,Malcolm Lang was the first Lothian finisher in 45th place in 57m 28s, he was followed over the line by 124th Brian Lees 65.06, 189th Christine MacVarish 71.49 and 259th Kenny Mearns 78.43. There was 377 finishers. The race also incorporated the Scottish Championships and saw the respective male and female titles won by Wayne Ghebresilassie,Shettleston and Katie White, Garscube.

In the associated 6k Round the Loch race Lothian member David Wardman finished in 61st place in 37m 57s.
