Max runner up on US cross country debut.

Lothian Running Club’s Max McNeil who is currently studying at the Oklahoma City University got his cross country season off to a good start with a second place finish in the Men’s College Division race at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree at Stillwater.

McNeil, a freshman from  Uphall Station reached the finish line of the 8000 metres race in 26 minutes 21.2 seconds.

Max will be back in action for the Oklahoma Stars this Saturday at the Chile Peppers Festival in Fayetville, Arkansas.
