Sarah 5th in BMC 1500m In Watford

Sarah Inglis finished in 5th place in a high quality Women’s 1500 metres at the BMC Gold Standard meeting at Watford.

In a race which was hand-timed Sarah clocked 4 minutes 14.9 seconds, the 17 runner field included athletes from England, Ireland, Scotland,Germany,Finland and Australia.
