Mhairi opens Polaroid Series with a PB

The Helensburgh 10k got the  Polaroid Eyeware 10k Series underway last Thursday.

Mhairi Inglis was the only Lothian Running Club member in action and she kicked off  the four race series with a PB. Her time of 40 minutes 18 seconds bettered her previous best of 41.33 set in the Strathaven 10k in 2013.

Mhairi who is signed up to run all four races in the series placed 10th in the female category and 133Rd overall of the 736 finishers,

The three remaining races are Dumbarton 10k – Thursday 21st May , Clydebank 10k – Thursday 28h May  and the Vale of Leven 10k – Sunday 7th June.
