Congratulations to Val and Natalie on winning the long and short courses respectively. Natalie had a big PB while Val knocked 4 minutes off last months time – talk about a handicappers nightmare ;-).

A big thanks the Margaret, Ian, Mike Turnbull, Ted, and Kenny for their help.

Good to see a first timer – Alan. Alas he had to pull due to an injury, but hopefully we’ll seem him back again next month.
