FORTH ROAD BRIDGE 10K – Was CANCELLED

IMPORTANT – FORTH ROAD BRIDGE 10K – CANCELLED

We have been keeping in close contact with the Forth Road Bridge Authorities on the weather conditions for the 10K race which is scheduled for tomorrow. We have just been advised by the authorities that the wind conditions are very strong just now and the forecast is for increased wind speeds tomorrow, as a result it is not possible to run the race on the grounds of safety.

Unfortunately we therefore have to cancel tomorrow’s race – safety has to be paramount. I know that this will be disappointing news for many of you, please accept our apologises.

I would be grateful if you could pass on the message that the race is cancelled to anyone running or helping with the 10K. – Received 25/10
