Win & record for Edel on Orkney

STROMNESS 10K

Lothian Running Club’s Edel Mooney raced to victory in the Women’s category in the Stromness 10k  on Orkney and in dong so recorded a new women’s record for the race.

Not only did Edel win the women’s race she finished in 2nd place in the overall classification in a time of 39m o9 seconds.

The club’s Jocelyn Moar is also a past winner of the race.
