National XC Date Change

There has been a date change for the National Cross Country at Callendar Park, Falkirk. Sunday 22 February is now the day (rather than the Saturday) to be marked on training diaries and calendars for 2015.

The East District Cross Country Champs will now be held in Dundee on Saturday 6 December.

So the new, updated list of events is as follows:
