3K PB FOR MAX

Running in the 3000 metres [A] Race at Saturday nights GAA Miler Meet at Huthesons Grammar School in Glasgow Lothian Running Club’s male captain Max McNeil once again lowered his PB for the 3k distance.

Max finished in 5th place in the 13 runner field in a time of 8 minutes 35.83 seconds which was just under 2 seconds quicker than his previous best of 8:37.62 set back in May at the Trafford GP meeting in Manchester. Victory in the race went to Andrew Butchart Central AC in 8:11.13.
