Scottish Gas 10K and 5K[ Cancelled ]
This year’s Scottish Gas Edinburgh 10K and 5K has been cancelled, organisers have announced. In a statement issued via Edinburgh AC’s website, the race committee said a number of factors contributed to the decision.
The statement cited the following reasons: “Police Scotland have not for some years supported events such as ours – this consequently places a great deal of pressure on the organisers in terms of the safety of the participants.
