5TH STRATHCLYDE WIN FOR JO

Jo Hall celebrated the New Year with her 5th win in the Strathclyde Parkrun.
Jo was the first of six LRC members to finish covering the 5k course within Strathclyde Park in 18m 54s, this also placed her 10th overall of the 169 runners who completed the course. David Mabon who finished in 25th place was the victor in the m60-64 category.
The club were also represented at the Falkirk and Edinburgh Parkruns with Neil Graham recording a PB in the latter.
