PB & 7th Falkirk win for Jo

With a new PB of 19 minutes 16 seconds Lothian Running Club’s Jo Williams recorded her 7th win in the womens category of the Falkirk Parkrun. Jo who has now lowered her PB in each of her last four outings over the 5k course within Callander Park also finished in 4th place overall.

Finishing in 8th place, Malcolm Lang was the first LRC member to finish the Edinburgh Parkrun on Saturday morning, despite recording a new PB of 17 minutes 01 seconds Malcolm just missed out on joing the 17 minute club. Club junior Cara McCafferty also recorded a new PB of 25m 20s]
