Colin misses PB by ONE second in Leeds

Running in the Age UK Leeds Abbey 10k on Sunday, Lothian Running Club’s Colin Partridge agonisingly missed out on a PB by a mere one second.

His time of 36 minutes 37 seconds which placed him 428th overall was one second outside his PB of 36m 36s which he set in the Hugh Wilson Memorial 10k in East Kilbride in 2010.

There must have been gremlins in the recording of the results as they have Colin listed as the winner of the M80 category!

The club’s only other entrant in the race was Jo Williams who finished 643rd overall and 47th female in a time of 38m 49s.
