WIN AND PARKRUN PB FOR JO

Jo Williams made it four wins from five starts in the Strathclyde Parkrun on Saturday morning, the LRC member has also ran a new PB for the 5k course within Strathclyde Park on each occasion she has contested the event. Jo’s time on Saturday was 18 minutes 21 seconds which also placed her 5th overall.
Owen Williams was the only other club runner in the race finishing in 12th place in 18m 59s.

The club was also represented at both the Falkirk and Edinburgh Parkruns.
