50TH PARKRUN FOR PAUL & SHONA

Both Paul and Shona Young took part in their 50th Parkruns at Falkirk on Saturday. Paul celebrated with a course PB of 20.01 seconds and he was also the first Lothian RC member to complete the 5k course within Callander Park finishing in 9th place.
Shona finished 43rd overall and 3rd female in 23.00. There was a win in the JM14 category for Iain Horsburgh who finished 25th overall.

It was business as usual at the Edinburgh Parkrun where Chloe Cox recorded her 27th win at the Capital event, this week in a time of  17m 46s. Alan Robertson showed no ill effects from his 36 mile ultra marathon the previous week by recording a a new PB for the waterfront course of 21m 08s.

Further afield Ted Finch ran the Riverside Parkrun, on a flat course he finished in 24:12, his best time this year.
