CHLOE CHALKS UP 20TH WIN WITH A PB

Chloe Cox who won the Edinburgh Parkrun for the 20th time.

Chloe Cox chalked up win number 20 at the Edinburgh Parkrun on Saturday morning and in doing so recorded a new PB for the 5k course along the Edinburgh waterfront. Chloe who has now won the women’s category 20 times out of 25 runs at the Capital event retirned a time of 17 minutes 38 seconds which was 6 seconds quicker than her previous best set back in February. John Malcolm led home a quartet of male club members finishing in 18th place in a time of 18m 09s, agonisingly one second outside his PB for the course. Ewart Scott finished 95th and runner up in the M60-64 age category with Ian Hall and Jonathan Barclay 137th and 140th respectively.
