PB & REPEAT WIN FOR JO – PB’s for OWEN & DAVID

All three Lothian Running Club members running in Saturday’s Strathclyde Parkrun recorded course PB’s.

Owen Williams and Jo Hall who seven days prior set new figures for the Starthclyde Park course did so again, as did club veteran David Mabon.

Owen finished in 7th place bettering his previous weeks time by 3 seconds in finishing in 18 minutes 13 seconds. Jo lowered her time by 5 seconds to 19 minutes 01 seconds to once again claim victory in the Women’s category.

David Mabon had a good run to finish 26th overall and 3rd VM55-59 in 21m 09s which was a PB of 8 seconds.
