GOOD TURN-OUT AS CHLOE MAKES IT WIN 18

There was an excellent turn-out of 12 Lothian Running Club members at Saturday mornings Edinburgh Parkrun.

Chloe Cox made it win number 18 in the Women’s category covering the 5k course along the Cramond – Silverknowes promenade in 18 minutes 11 seconds which also placed her 8th overall.

The club’s first male runner to finish was John Malcolm in 12th place in 18m 26s. Mike Lieberman was 47th overall and runner-up in M60-64 category as was Brian Reid in the M50-54 age-group with Jill Horsburgh the 3rd W50-54.

Alan Robertson was the only club runner to set a new PB this week with his time of 21m 44s eight seconds quicker that his previous best.
