2 IN 24HOURS FOR RACE ‘JUNKIE’ PAUL

Less than 24 hours after his run in the Mighty Deerstalker race, the Lothian club’s race junkie Paul Young was back in action in the Kilomathon-Scotland event in Edinburgh. Paul was joined in the race by club mate Leanne Webster.

Kilomathon Scotland is run over a distance of 13.1km, it is mostly run on the beautiful Edinburgh cycle path network before a fantastic finish in front of the West Stand at Murrayfield Stadium.

Over 800 runners contested the event with both Paul and Leanne finishing in the top 100.

It was a 44th placed finish for Paul in 56 minutes 39 seconds with Leanne 91st and 6th in the female category in 1h 00m 04s.
