HANDFUL OF CLUB RUNNERS AT XMAS PARKRUN

Over 200 runners ventured out in ideal conditions on Xmas morning to take part in the Edinburgh Parkrun along the Cramond/Silverknowes waterfront. Among them were a handful of club members.
Jill Horsburgh led the Lothian contingent home in 78th place overall and 17th female, Jill was closely followed over the finish line by Shona Young in 82nd place and 19th female.
Making his debut in the Capital event was Joseph Lawlor in 116th place, 10 seconds ahead of 121st place Ted Finch, completing the club line up in the Festive run was Val Finch in 202nd place.
