DEVILS BURDENS ROUTE CHANGES

For the purpose of selecting teams, and who will be running which legs, the below atricle was in the local paper in Fife on Saturday.

Competitors in Scotland’s biggest hill race will be going in a completely different direction when Fife AC host the Devils Burdens Hill Relay on Saturday February 9th.
Next February’s race sees an about face as the 20 mile route will be reversed with a single runner tackling the opening stage from the Falkland estate duck pond through Falkland Forest to Strathmiglo before paired runners battle the gruelling second stage over the West Lomond to Scotlandwell.
A lone runner covers the penultimate stage from Scotlandwell to Holl Reservoir with paired athletes taking over the final stage over the East Lomond to the finish at Falkland factory.
