PARKRUN TRAINING RUN[Message from Edel]

Hi All,

Just to let you know  Chloe, Sarah and I are hoping to do the 5k run at Falkirk on Saturday 1st December just as a good training session for us.

Please come along if interested. I meant to say it to everyone yesterday at the cross country but it went completely out of my mind.It would be nice to see lots of blue vests out as well as supporting the 5k event that has given so much enjoyment to many since it started (including having Ted & Mike’s 50th park run there)

Kenny, can you please spread the word at the LRC training sessions.
