Wednesday’s Session (10th October 2012)

On Wednesday 10th October I’ll be taking the training session. Some people meet at Inveralmond Community High school at 7.00pm to hear announcements and get the news. Some run down to the Civic Centre where the session is being held. If doing so then please wear a high-visibility vest, and try to run in the company of others. It’s safer that way. My plan for the session is to run on the grass area within the path. So I’d advise not to wear new, shiny white training shoes! The session will accommodate everyone. You’re welcome to come along and try it. The reason for running on the grass is that it’s better for your joints, it simulates x-country running, and it offers more resistance. I’ll be at the Civic Centre from 7.15pm onwards if you require any advice regarding the session. I hope to get the session started by 7.25pm. See you there.
