10 K RACES
A couple of Lothian runners were in 10k action, Suzie Hannah finished 4th in the female category of the St Andrews Hospice 10k Road Race in Strathclyde Park.
Her time of 42 minutes 38 seconds also placed her a good 33rd of the 229 finishers.
Paul Young had a good run to finish in 56th place in the Balfron 10k where he crossed the finish line in 43 minutes 09 seconds. A big field of 541 completed the course.
